Fahri Siregar, mengungkapkan bahwa keempat tersangka yang diamankan dalam kasus ini adalah WL (46 tahun), DD (43 tahun), HR (25 tahun), dan IL (18 tahun).<\/p>\n<p>Menurut keterangan Kapolres Indramayu kepada awak media saat menggelar Press Release di Mako Polres Indramayu, Jumat (22\/3\/2024), kasus ini terungkap berkat kerjasama yang baik antara Polres Indramayu jajaran Polda Jabar dengan Baintelkam Polri.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTim gabungan saat itu melaksanakan tugas kepolisian kemudian mencurigai aktivitas warga yang dilakukan di pinggir Pantai Desa Tanjakan Kecamatan Krangkeng Kabupaten Indramayu,\u201d kata Kapolres didampingi Kasat Reskrim Polres Indramayu, AKP Hillal Adi Himawan dan Kasi Humas Polres Indramayu, AKP Saefullah.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, Tim gabungan dari Sat Reskrim Polres Indramayu dan Baintelkam Mabes Polri melakukan pengecekan. Hasilnya, ditemukan kendaraan Truk dengan muatan tabung gas LPG 12 Kg dan kendaraan Suzuki pickup yang mengangkut gas LPG 3 Kg.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKegiatan yang mencurigakan tersebut adalah pemindahan isi gas LPG 3 Kg subsidi ke dalam tabung gas LPG 12 Kg tanpa dilengkapi dokumen perijinan yang sah,\u201d terang Kapolres.<\/p>\n<p>Para pelaku dan barang bukti terkait penyalahgunaan LPG tersebut kemudian diamankan oleh untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut di Sat Reskrim Polres Indramayu.<\/p>\n<p>Modus operandi para pelaku melibatkan pemindahan isi gas LPG dari tabung 3 Kg subsidi ke tabung gas 12 Kg tanpa dokumen perijinan yang sah, dengan motif untuk mendapatkan keuntungan finansial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTersangka WL menerima keuntungan Rp. 5.000, per tabung gas LPG 3 Kg, DD menerima Rp. 1.500, per tabung, HR mendapatkan upah sebesar Rp. 300.000,-, dan IL mendapatkan upah Rp. 150.000,\u201d ungkap Kapolres.<\/p>\n<p>Para tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 40 angka 9 Jo Pasal 55 Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja, dengan ancaman hukuman pidana penjara paling lama 6 tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp. 60.000.000.000,@Ahkmad<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Polres Indramayu Ungkap Kasus Penyalahgunaan Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Subsidi<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":418,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[23],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-417","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-berita-polri"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.0 -
