Kamis-18-April-2024<\/p>\n<p>Saat penelusuran, Tim Penyidik dan Tim Badan Pemulihan Aset Kejaksaan RI melakukan penyitaan terhadap beberapa smelter dengan total luas bidang tanah 238.848 m2 serta alat berat dengan rincian sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<p>1.\tSmelter CV VIP beserta 1 (satu) bidang tanah dengan luas 10.500 m2.<br \/>\n2.\tSmelter PT SIP beserta beberapa bidang tanah dengan total luas 85.863 m2.<br \/>\n3.\tSmelter PT TI beserta beberapa bidang tanah dengan total luas 84.660 m2.<br \/>\n4.\tSmelter PT SBS beserta beberapa bidang tanah dengan total luas 57.825 m2.<br \/>\n5.\t51 (lima puluh satu) unit excavator.<br \/>\n6.\t3 (tiga) unit bulldozer.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun serangkaian kegiatan penggeledahan dan penyitaan tersebut terkait dengan penyidikan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi tata niaga komoditas timah di wilayah Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) PT Timah Tbk tahun 2015 s\/d 2022.
