Ia saat ini berstatus sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG).<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai informasi, justice collaborator adalah istilah yang merujuk pada pelaku tindak pidana yang bersedia bekerja sama secara aktif dan terbuka kepada penegak hukum guna membantu mengungkap fakta lengkap serta membongkar jaringan kejahatan yang terorganisasi dalam suatu perkara.<\/p>\n<p>Penegasan penolakan itu disampaikan langsung oleh Direktur Penyidikan pada Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, pada Selasa, 23 Juni 2026. \u201cKami belum dapat memenuhi permohonan tersebut, sehingga dengan ini menyatakan menolak permohonan justice collaborator dari tersangka yang bersangkutan,\u201d ujar Syarief merujuk pada inisial SS, yaitu Sony Sonjaya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menjelaskan bahwa keputusan itu diambil berdasarkan pertimbangan hukum yang matang. Alasan utama penolakan adalah karena penyidik menilai Sony Sonjaya termasuk dalam jajaran pelaku utama perkara ini.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPertimbangannya jelas: kami menyimpulkan bahwa tersangka SS merupakan pihak yang paling bertanggung jawab, khususnya dalam proses penentuan hingga verifikasi titik-titik lokasi Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) yang menjadi bagian dari program tersebut,\u201d terang Syarief.<\/p>\n<p>Kejagung menegaskan bahwa proses penyidikan kasus korupsi program Makan Bergizi Gratis tetap berjalan secara objektif dan menyeluruh untuk mengungkap seluruh fakta, peran masing-masing pihak, serta kerugian yang ditimbulkan agar pertanggungjawaban hukum dapat ditegakkan secara adil.
