Icha"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>KUPANG<\/strong> _ 1 Juli 2026, <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>m4m4t.com<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 Suasana haru dan duka menyelimuti halaman Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara (TTU), Kefamenanu, Rabu (1\/7\/2026). Ratusan tenaga kesehatan dan warga masyarakat berkumpul untuk menggelar aksi doa bersama serta pembakaran lilin sebagai penghormatan terakhir bagi dr. Eliza Princila Utami Pakaenoni atau akrab disapa dr. Icha.<\/p>\n<p>Para peserta hadir membawa lilin, karangan bunga ucapan belasungkawa, hingga spanduk berisi dukungan bagi keluarga almarhumah dan seruan agar keadilan ditegakkan. Tangis haru tak jarang terdengar dari rekan sejawat maupun warga yang merasa kehilangan sosok dokter muda yang dikenal berdedikasi tinggi itu.<\/p>\n<p>Koordinator kegiatan sekaligus perwakilan tenaga kesehatan, Robi Banase, menegaskan bahwa aksi ini murni bentuk ekspresi keprihatinan dan rasa kehilangan, bukan untuk memprovokasi situasi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami berkumpul di sini semata-mata untuk mendoakan almarhumah agar diterima di sisi Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, sekaligus menyuarakan harapan agar kasus ini diselidiki secara transparan, adil, dan tuntas,\u201d ujar Robi.<\/p>\n<p>Selain mendoakan kebaikan bagi almarhumah, para tenaga kesehatan juga menyampaikan aspirasi mendesak kepada pihak berwenang. Mereka meminta agar jaminan keamanan dan perlindungan bagi seluruh tenaga medis di wilayah TTU benar-benar ditegakkan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami butuh rasa aman saat menjalankan tugas kemanusiaan. Profesi kami tidak boleh terbebani rasa takut, tertekan, atau terancam sekadar karena menjalankan kewajiban sesuai standar medis,\u201d tegas mereka.<\/p>\n<p>Pihak kepolisian dan petugas keamanan tampak hadir di lokasi untuk memantau jalannya kegiatan agar tetap kondusif, tertib, dan damai.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagaimana diketahui, dr. Icha meninggal dunia pada Jumat (26\/6\/2026) di kediaman orang tuanya di Desa Bau Mata, Kabupaten Kupang. Keluarga menduga kepergiannya berkaitan dengan tekanan psikologis berat yang dialami pasca insiden dugaan intimidasi saat menangani pasien di RS Leona Kefamenanu pada pertengahan Juni lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga saat ini, penyelidikan kasus masih berjalan terus. Tiga orang anggota DPRD TTU yang diduga terlibat dalam insiden tersebut telah dipanggil penyidik Polres TTU untuk dimintai keterangan.
