Padahal para pelaku telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.<\/p>\n<p>Hal itu diungkap Kuasa Hukum korban, M. Akbar RafsanZani, SH dan Irfan Hutagalung, usai menerima Surat Pemberitahuan Perkembangan Hasil Penyidikan \/ SP2HP nomor *LP\/118* pada Selasa hari ini.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam SP2HP tersebut pada *poin 2 huruf C* disebutkan: &#8220;tersangka tidak dapat dilakukan penahanan karena belum memenuhi persyaratan baik secara objektif maupun subjektif.<br \/>\nSementara di *poin 2 huruf D* disebutkan: &#8220;kuasa hukum tersangka telah menerima permohonan untuk para tersangka dilakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kuasa hukum mempertanyakan alasan tersebut.<br \/>\n&#8220;Ini sudah penetapan tersangka. Di media tanggal 15 Juli 2026 Kasat Reskrim juga sudah sampaikan hasil gelar perkara. Tapi sampai sekarang belum ada penahanan. Alasan di SP2HP ini yang kami pertanyakan,&#8221; kata M. Akbar RafsanZani.<\/p>\n<p>Pihaknya menilai kasus ini perlu penanganan khusus karena menyangkut anak di bawah umur.<br \/>\n&#8220;Ini diatur UU Perlindungan Anak. Ini Lex specialis. Kami minta prosesnya tidak bertele-tele,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga berita ini diturunkan, Kapolres Aceh Timur KBP Irwan Kurniadi, S.I.K melalui Kasi Humas belum memberikan keterangan resmi terkait pertimbangan belum dilakukannya penahanan.<\/p>\n<p>Kasus ini disidik dengan *Pasal 80 UU No 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak jo Pasal 170 KUHP* dengan ancaman pidana 5 tahun 6 bulan penjara.
